Fee Structure

We recommend that potential clients call for a firm quote.  However, we also recognize your need to shop around, looking for a reasonable fee for the services provided.  With this in mind, we offer a 100% refund of your fee if you are not completely satisfied with your final report.  We have maintained this standard offering from day-one, and to date, we have not had one dissatisfied client.  

Military Clients

Our company founder is a Viet Nam Veteran, and we are proud to provide "No Fee" property inspections for members of the Armed Services who have served in Iraq and Afghanistan.  We do not cut corners, or provide an inspection that is in any way different from our standard inspection.  We are proud of the men and women who serve our country, and we view this offering as a small "Thank You!" for a job well done.
