At Virtual Inspection Professionals, our mission is threefold. First, we will focus solely on servicing the needs of our clients for each real property inspection. Second, we will adhere to the Standards of Practice and Business Ethics Codes set forth by the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and the State of Indiana. Third, our corporate standards for integrity, honesty, and commitment to excellence will define our professional service within the community on a daily basis.

Company Founder
Terry Laas has a BS Degree from Indiana University and over 800 hours of continuing education credits directly related to the professional practice of home inspection. He received his training in Home Inspection from Inspection Training Associates (ITA) a fully accredited and certified national training institute. He is a Certified Member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors). He is a Certified Mold Inspector and Mold Assessor, and a Certified Indoor Air Quality Technician. He has over 30 years experience in small start-up, mid-size, Fortune 500, and international corporations, serving as founder, corporate officer, or senior manager within each company.
