How Long will the Inspection Take?
The average 1500 square foot home takes two to three hours. Depending on the size, age, and condition of the property you have selected, our thorough inspections may take longer. We allow one hour for the inspection of the Roof and Attic alone, two key areas often passed over by other inspection firms.
Should We be There?
The VIP Team strongly urges our clients to be present during the entire inspection, however if for any reason they cannot be present, we request either the client or client’s agent be available for a walk-through with the VIP Inspector at the conclusion of the inspection.
When Do We Receive My Report?

We provide Electronic Internet Access to our reports within 24 hours of the inspection. Our clients are provided an access code, which can be shared with their Realtor, Family, and Friends.
